PSA

This year has begun a busy year for the PSA working in conjunction with each class and Pre-school to organise events.

We started with the Bonfire Night and Fireworks in November, followed by Christmas Raffle and refreshments with the school concerts.  The Spring Term will host a Snowman Drive and the wonderful Easter Egg Hunt at Treago Castle.

Our fundraising this year has supported the new outdoor playground, which is much appreciated by all the children.

Each year, the PSA also buys gifts for our Year 6 Leavers so that they have a lasting memento of their time at Garway Primary School. We also subsidise transport costs for various trips throughout the year, including Forest School off-site visits, trips to Theatre and science venues.

But it’s not all about raising money. Our close-knit community of parents, grandparents and friends support each other and the school in as many ways as they can, from baking cakes to arranging much needed curry-evenings. Everyone is welcome to be involved. Meetings often take place in Garway School or Garway Moon.

Please get in touch with any of the following for more information or ask at School. We always welcome new and old faces and anything you can contribute - ideas, time, cakes etc is always appreciated.
